All our games are designed for 2 - 6 players.
What is this all about?
Puzzle Room Reno is an escape game. Build your team of friends, family, or coworkers and work your way through a series of puzzles to uncover each unique mystery. Your team will be locked in the room for 60 minutes of brain-teasing fun to attempt your great escape!
Is it scary?
Not to worry! Our only scary room is The Asylum. The rest of our rooms aren’t meant to scare the wits out of you and are designed to be family friendly. Kids ages 14 and up can play any of our rooms by themselves, but those ages 13 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult in the room.
How much does it cost?
Our rooms are $29 per person with a 2-person minimum required for booking.
Will I be put with strangers?
Nope! When you reserve any of our rooms, only your team will be playing.
How do I book?
You can reserve your room ahead of time either online or over the phone with us. This is the best way to ensure you will get the game and time slot you prefer. We also allow walk-in games but cannot guarantee we will have any rooms available to be played, especially on weekends and holidays.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes! Contact us by email, over the phone, or in-store to purchase one.
Do you offer refunds?
All purchases are final and there are no refunds for cancellations. However, games can be rescheduled with a 24 hour notice.
Can I schedule a large group event?
